-home made cup of coffee w/ 2 tbsp evaporated milk (1 point)
-other half of grapefruit
dinner:
-1 baked tilapia filet
-2 baked plantains
-sauteed onion, green & red peppers w/ olive oil
-beer (3 points)
activity:
-treadmill (walk/jog) 30 minutes
-walking the dog, 40 minutes leisure walk
